The 3-days program is intended for the participants with no exposure to the theory of leadership. Exploring Leadership provides an opportunity to the participants to explore the subject. The leadership models are taken into practical perspective through specifically designed wilderness based projects. By the end of the program, the participants develop a leadership road map for the workplace application. During the follow up session, they present on the progress of leadership development plan. The program helps the various aspects of their personal and team leadership skills.
