Leadership Adventures
Leadership Adventures – the transformational experience has all that it takes for a person to rediscover self and the hidden potential within. Staged in the midst of wilderness, it has an unmatchable and sustainable impact on the participants in terms of the leadership skills required at workplace. LA is a high pressure and high intensity but carefully customized learning experience that meets the specific development needs of individuals in line with the organizational culture and objective. Following Messner’s saying that “abilities that are not employed do not exist”, we also believe that leadership, if not practiced doesn’t exist at all. We don’t teach leadership at LA, participants experience it themselves.
